The enclosed raw data was collected for the investigation into the structure-activity relationships between photosystem II (PSII) and three-dimensional (3D) indium tin oxide (ITO) and graphene electrodes for semi-artificial photosynthesis. This includes size distribution of synthetic ITO nanoparticles obtained from transmission electron microscopy, capacitance of 3D ITO and graphene electrodes obtained from cyclic voltammetry (CV) and light transmission of 3D electrodes obtained from UV-vis spectra, attenuated total reflectance-infrared (ATR-IR) spectra of PSII-loaded ITO electrodes. Protein film-photoelectrochemistry (PF-PEC) of PSII-loaded ITO and graphene electrodes.
