Exploring the Molecular Landscape of Malignant Tumor Tissue from Mixed Female Reproductive Appendages

We present WES data derived from cancer tissue of a female patient with reproductive organ malignancy. The dataset encompasses comprehensive SNP and CNV analyses, shedding light on the genetic variations and copy number alterations within the exome of the tumor samples. This investigation aims to provide insights into the molecular landscape of cancer in female reproductive appendages, contributing to a better understanding of the underlying mechanisms and potential therapeutic targets.
