DATASET - Mass Spectrometry - Snake venom proteomics of Echis coloratus

This DATASET collection includes the mass spectrometry files for shotgun proteomics venom investigation the painted saw-scaled viper (Echis coloratus) from Egypt. Species list: Echis coloratus Folders 01-02 - BOTTOM-UP SHOTGUN PROTEOMICS: The venom pool was investigated by the bottom-up shotgun (labled as SG) approach and in short: in-solution processed by DTT, IAC and finally o/n tryptic digested. Samples submitted to HPLC-MS/MS and measured in DDA and DIA mode. Folders includes the MS and MS/MS spectra of Echis coloratus. Files are included as RAW and MZML format. Used instrument: Scientific UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano system (Thermo Fisher) with PepMap Neo Trap column followed by a 25 cm Aurora Ultimate column (IonOpticks) into an ESI-Orbitrap Eclipse Tribrid MS (Thermo Fisher Scientific, MA, USA) Modifications: UNIMOD:4 - \"Iodoacetamide derivative.\"
