Dataset for "Preservation Of β Cell Mass by Targeting Fatty Acid Oxidation in Islet Macrophages Mechanisms and Therapeutic Interventions"

In this study, we aimed to investigate the possible role of CPT1a in macrophage function and polarization, and the role of islet resident macrophage in beta cell proliferation. This dataset includes phenotype information of the MKO (macrophage specific Cpt1a knockout) mice model, including bodyweight, glucose tolerance, insulin secretion etc. As well as our further analysis of the nature of islet-resident macrophages and their impact to beta cell function and proliferation.

本研究旨在探讨CPT1a在巨噬细胞功能与极化过程中的潜在作用，以及胰岛定居巨噬细胞在β细胞增殖中的角色。本数据集包含了MKO（巨噬细胞特异性Cpt1a敲除）小鼠模型的表型信息，包括体重、葡萄糖耐量、胰岛素分泌等。此外，还包括了我们对于胰岛定居巨噬细胞性质及其对β细胞功能与增殖影响的分析。
