Uper Goulburn Landcare Network Stage 1 - Biodiversity Linkages and Improvements, Yea Flora Fossil site

This project aims to deliver significant long term benefits to environment, heritage and community values of the Yea Flora Fossil site, Yea Wetlands and linked protected areas.
The Team will work closely with UGLN and Murrindindi Shire Council to maximise engagement with a network of key stakeholders and local community groups. The community awareness profile of these sites will be lifted through undertaking a diverse range of tasks including weed control, revegetation, fencing and track maintenance.
The Team will undertake various natural and land management activities and considertations which will significantly enhance their skills, experience, knowledge, confidence and abilities. This will be supported by formal training and informal mentoring.
