County-Level Environmental and Social Influences on EPA Criminal Prosecutions in the United States

These data can be used to reproduce Extended Data Tables 1-3, Supplementary Tables 1-4 and Figures 1 and 2 in the submitted manuscript, "Social factors shape the geographic pattern of U.S. environmental crime prosecutions". The files contain the Final Data in Stata format (.dta) and .csv format, Stata code (.do) for reproduction of the tables and figures, a .xls codebook with a description of the variables and sources, and a zipped folder containing the shapefile for geographic analysis.
