Mutant p53 dysregulates gene transcription in human CD34+ cells [RNA-seq 3]

We found that mutant p53 alters gene transcription in human hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (CD34+). Overall design: To determine the mechanisms by which mutant p53 enhances the repopulating potential of human HSPCs, we performed RNA-seq sequencing in CD34 cells expressing either GFP or mutant p53. We introduced GFP or p53R248W into human CD34+ cells. We sorted GFP+ cells and isolate RNAs from thes ecells for RNA-sequencing.
