The ECG, Blue and Green PPG signals were obtained from palm skin of twelve healthy subjects under Baseline and Cold temperature conditions. Our PPG system was based on TCS3472 Color Sensor (ams AG)
The dataset contains:
1) Raw ECG, Green PPG and Blue PPG signals from 12 subjects under two temperature conditions (baseline and cold).
2) LabView software for displaying the signals and heartbeat intervals
3) Heartbeat intervals calculated for ECG using R-wave, as well PPG waveforms using the five characteristic points (PPGmax, VPGmax, APGmax, APGmin, intersecting tangents). Each excel file contains 60 intervals, chosen from each recording (in total 14.400 heartbeat intervals).
4) Subjects.xlsx, matching the subjects with the number of experiment
5) txt. file, decribing the processing of raw signals
