This dataset present videos of ciliates interacting with patches of bacteria. We have developed a 3D-printed maze consisting of 6 peripheral chambers and one central chamber connected by pathways. Drops of bacteria are deposited in peripheral chambers and ciliates are inoculated in the central one.
