资源简介:
This dataset contains anonymized data and materials from a pilot study examining name-based instructor–student interaction in undergraduate medical education. The study involved medical students (N = 270) from semesters 2–10 at a German medical faculty and aimed to develop and psychometrically evaluate a multidimensional questionnaire. The dataset includes the original questionnaire in German and English, the anonymized response data used for statistical analyses, the full R analysis script, and a flowchart documenting the item screening and reduction process. Survey data were collected using a Likert-type response format. The Excel file contains the raw response data, with rows representing individual participants and columns representing questionnaire items (coded as X1–X59). Data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis, reliability estimation (Cronbach’s alpha, McDonald’s omega), and Rasch partial credit models. No personally identifiable information was collected. Participation was voluntary and anonymous, and the responsible ethics committee raised no ethical concerns.
