Hybrid terrace configuration: ADCIRC & MEM

There are two TAR packages: 1) the first for ADCIRC; and 2) the second for MEM. The ADCIRC TAR package unpacks into two subdirectories: a) INPUTS; and b) OUTPUTS. The INPUTS subdirectory contains the input ADCIRC files of *.14 (mesh), *.13 (attributes) and *.15 (input parameters). The OUTPUTS subdirectory contains the output ADCIRC files of *.63 (global water-level time series) and *.64 (global depth-integrated velocity time series). The MEM TAR unpacks into two matlab scripts: a) MarshBiomassCurves.m, which is used to build a dual-species biomass curve; and b) MarshAccretion.m, which automates the calculations and visualizes the outputs of marsh accretion dynamics on a yearly time step over 25 years
