Evaluation of the gut microbiota of renal transplant patients to immunosuppressive drugs pharmacokinetics

The gut microbiota of patients after a renal transplantation was sequenced. All adults patients were transplanted for 1 to 8 years under a stabilized immunosuppressive regimen including tacrolimus and mycophenolate mofetil.
