RNA-seq of broomcorn millet

To elucidate the mechanisms underlying photoperiodic responses, we investigated the genomic and metabolomic responses of two broomcorn millet genotypes. Total RNA was extracted from the seedlings and RNA integrity was detected using an Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 system. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed by Shanghai Personal Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). High-quality total RNA samples were reverse transcribed into cDNA and used to construct cDNA libraries.
