Tigridiopalma magnifica annotation results

Tigridiopalma magnifica is a vulnerable plant belonging to the family Melastomataceae. The species is endemic to the south of China (Guangdong province). Requiring strict conditions for growing up, the species is a national second-level protected plant of China. The genetics of the plant is mainly unexplored, therefore I decided to carry out the study to contribute in conservation genomics through the plant.
