HAX1 was shown to be essential for cell growth of many cancers. We found a great many of genes changing with the expression of HAX1. Gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes analyses revealed that these genes are involved in a lot of physiological process. We verified the expression of some genes by RT-PCR.
