RNA seq of BBX18 transgenic plants and WT under control and drought stress

0.1 g leaf sample of six-week transgenic and WT lines were fixed with 1% (v/v) formaldehyde and then grinded into powders in liquid nitrogen. The leaf powders were used for ChIP assays using Protein A/G magnetic beads (Invitrogen, USA) and an anti-HA antibody (Sigma, USA). Bound DNA fragments were released into the elution buffer for subsequent qPCR and DNA sequencing by Novogene (Beijing, China).
