MicroRNA Control of the Myogenic Cell Transcriptome and Proteome: The Role of miR-16

To investigate the role of miR-16 in myogenic cells and whether it has consequences for muscle developmental growth, exercise-induced hypertrophy, and regenerative repair after injury, all of which rely on myogenic progenitors. We performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from miRNA-seq of 2 different conditions.
