Persistent cells in Quadrant III and IV

This dataset displays the search for the rare but infiniteley many persstant cells, thath allow vertical movement on quadrant III and IV for the literal application of the rule ( d_o-1 ) / 3. The application leads from every member of the chain to the 0 - line. While the original COL(2)-function (3d_o +1) leads to infinity , because of failing in parity change it never stops. To use logarithmic presentation we swich into the mirror image of quadrant III.
