FROM CORRIDORS TO EXTINCTION DEBT: AN INTEGRATED CONNECTIVITY AND METAPOPULATION FRAMEWORK FOR LOWLAND TAPIR CONSERVATION IN THE COLOMBIAN ORINOQUIA
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains the datasets, spatial layers, simulation outputs, and reproducible analytical workflows associated with the manuscript: “From corridors to extinction debt: Connectivity collapse and metapopulation dynamics of the lowland tapir in the Colombian Orinoquia.” The repository includes: focal_patches_colombia_dPC_smooth.gpkg — smoothed focal habitat patches used in graph-theoretic analyses, including dPC values for all 41 Colombian patches lcp_frequency_41patches.tif — least-cost path frequency raster derived from connectivity analyses stepping_stones_41patches.gpkg — identified stepping-stone habitat patches contributing to regional connectivity spom_scenario_summary.csv — stochastic patch occupancy model (SPOM) outputs across deforestation scenarios spom_sensitivity_analysis.csv — sensitivity analysis results across 36 combinations of colonization, extinction, and area-scaling parameters patch_deforestation_rates.csv — annual patch-level deforestation rates derived from Hansen Global Forest Change data dPC_results_table.csv — complete dPC connectivity metrics for all focal patches session_reload.R — R workflow for reproducing analyses and figures Resistance surface and corridor classification rasters used in connectivity modeling (when file size constraints permit) The repository is intended to support analytical transparency, reproducibility, and future landscape connectivity research involving Neotropical mammals and metapopulation dynamics. All analyses were conducted in R and ArcGIS Pro.
