# R code and data for the larvicide study on Liuixalus romeri This repository contains the R code and data used for the analyses presented in: "Contrasting lethal and sublethal effects of larvicidal oil, Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis (Bti), and temephos on the endangered Romer's Tree Frog (Liuixalus romeri)" ## Files - `larvicide_analysis.R` – R script used to perform the statistical analyses and generate the results.- `data/` – input data files used by the R script: - `data_LC50.csv` – acute toxicity data. - `data_survival.csv` – prolonged-exposure survival and metamorphosis data. - `data_growth.csv` – body-length and growth data. - `data_movement.csv` – movement behaviour data. ## Analyses The script includes analyses of:- 48-h and 96-h LC50 values.- Prolonged exposure - survival.- Prolonged exposure - time to metamorphosis.- Prolonged exposure - growth.- Prolonged exposure - movement. ## Requirements The analyses were conducted using R version 4.4.1.The required R packages are listed at the beginning of `larvicide_analysis.R`. ## Running the analysis Keep the folder structure as follows: 01_larvicide_analysis.R data/ data_LC50.csv data_survival.csv data_growth.csv data_movement.csv Open the project directory in R/RStudio and run `01_larvicide_analysis.R`. The script will generate the analysis outputs and figures in the `output/` directory.
