Model 2 Hesitant Fuzzy TOPSIS to supplier selection - Excel

This is a product of my master's dissertation "A comparision between hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS mehods in supporting decision-making for supplier selection, 2022" at the Postgraduate Program in Administration at Federal Technological University of Paraná. In my study, two Hesitant Fuzzy mehods were modeled, implemented and compared. This is the model based on the method presented in "WU, Z. et al. Two MAGDM models based on hesitant fuzzy linguistic term sets with possibility distributions: VIKOR and TOPSIS. Information Sciences, v. 473, p. 101-120, 2019."
