VPRS 12815 General and Project Files, Projects Resources Division

This series is a collection of records created/collected by Frank Wagner, General Manager, Project Resources Division. This series comprises general and project files maintained within the Project Resources Division, 1989 to 1990, and its predecessor division, namely V/Line Priority Projects Department/Priority Projects Group (1984 to 1989).The Project Resources Division was responsible for providing the resources, management and direction for change projects, capital works projects, major projects, commercial and contract management as appropriate, for capital acquisition projects.In addition to being responsible for all change projects at V/Line, and later at the MET, the Division also had responsibility for managing all freight operations in the Melbourne Yard during the course of the Shunting Operations Review.
