VIRR Land Surface Reflectance Factor products were retrieved from VIRR L1B products through the correction of the gaseous absorption, Rayleigh and aerosols scattering, and the couples between them. The data in the products include VIRR channel 1 ,2, 7, 8 and channel 9 land surface reflectance factor and processing ID.
