This dataset consists of Bangla-language public service grievances, collected from various social media platforms, to support research in natural language processing, artificial intelligence, and smart governance systems. These grievances are based on actual public service problems experienced by citizens and provide valuable information on dissatisfaction and service quality. The data has been manually categorized into six public service categories: Food, Road and Transport, Water, Waste, Electricity, and Healthcare. Moreover, each complaint is categorized into one of three severity levels: Low, Medium, and High. Such dual-level annotation enables the dataset to be used for multi-class classification and severity prediction.

Publicly available posts and comments from various social media platforms were gathered to collect complaints, including Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, and Instagram. The dataset reflects the responses of citizens in Bangladesh and their complaints related to basic government services. Although the texts are mainly written in Bangla, a few entries contain informal expressions commonly used on social media.

The dataset includes complaints provided by citizens referring to issues such as food quality and pricing, road conditions and transportation problems, water supply, waste management, electricity services, and healthcare facilities. The complaints range from mild dissatisfaction to serious grievances that require timely action from the government. A severity label has been assigned to each complaint to indicate its intensity and urgency.
