At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, the university launched a campus hotline to assist callers by providing clinical recommendations based on current public health guidance. This study sought to determine what factors were associated with a caller’s decision to work or attend class with symptoms, including vaccination status, role and mandatory training. Data collected by Hotline nurses from 1378 calls made to hotline from March 2021 through December 2021 and associated administrative data from university systems. Data was originally stored in REDCap, and has been de-identified.<br><br><br><br>
