The molecular mechanism of microbial induction of coral larvae settlement and metamorphosis

Microorganisms are known to induce settlement and metamorphosis in coral larvae, thereby significantly influencing coral recruitment. In this study, we employ a multi-omics approach to investigate, for the first time, the molecular mechanisms by which microorganisms induce settlement and metamorphosis in coral larvae.
