The reference point of comparison is the conserved status. The column “baseMean” are the normalized mean abundance of the ASV, “log2FoldChange” is the logarithmic abundance difference between the compared status, “lfcSE” is the standard error on the logarithmic scale, “padj” is the Benjamini-Hochberg adjusted p-value.
