Implementing research to examine impact of medication reviews in primary care-based memory clinics: A qualitative study to identify barriers and facilitators

This dataset consists of qualitative focus group discussions conducted with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and other stakeholders as part of a qualitative study exploring the implementation of pharmacist-led medication reviews in primary care-based memory clinics. The focus groups aimed to identify barriers and facilitators affecting the integration of medication reviews in clinical practice.
