Differential gene expression analysis from RNA-seq (BioProject ID PRJNA1150416) of three strains (AJ4, MY26, MY3) with different ethanol tolerance

This RNA-seq analysis reports the number of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) detected at each ethanol concentration and time point, relative to the corresponding control condition without ethanol at the same time. DEGs were defined as those with padj < 0.05 and absolute log₂ fold change > 1.5. For each ethanol concentration and time point, enriched Gene Ontology (GO) biological process terms were identified using Bonferroni correction, with adjusted p-values shown in parentheses.
