Brazil: growth rates of online shoe shopping orders amid COVID-19 2020

Between April 26 and May 9 of 2020, the number of e-commerce footwear orders in Brazil increased by over 99 percent, when compared to the amount registered two weeks before. This was the highest biweekly increase in the number of online shoe shopping orders in the Latin American country during the depicted period in the graph. In the following three weeks, the number of online orders of footwear decreased steadily, reaching -24.63 in the last analyzed week. The average receipt for footwear bought online in those weeks was around 180 Brazilian reals.
