The study integrates traditional ophthalmological assessments, multispiral computed tomography (MSCT), and advanced digital workflows involving Real Guide software and Creality 3D printing. By comparing traditional methods with a personalized digital approach, the author demonstrates significant improvements in surgical precision, a 30% reduction in operative time, and superior functional outcomes regarding diplopia and enophthalmos. The results substantiate the necessity of pre-surgical 3D modeling in modern maxillofacial traumatology.
