This experiment was designed to identify transcripts that exhibit changes in abundance in the context of retinal degeneration by comparing transcript levels in adult wild type and prCAD -/- mouse retinas. Experiment Overall Design: Retinas were dissected from ~4 week old mice. Retinas from 3 prCAD knockout mice or wild type 129 mice were pooled for each sample and 3 replicate of wild type and mutant samples were analyzed.
