Dataset for "Temporal shifts in subtidal rocky benthic communities associated with the invasion of Rugulopteryx okamurae in a port environment"

This dataset contains the raw data associated with the manuscript titled "Temporal shifts in subtidal rocky benthic communities associated with the invasion of Rugulopteryx okamurae in a port environment", currently under review in the journal Aquatic Conservation. The dataset includes percentage cover data for macroalgae and invertebrate species recorded across 384 subtidal rocky benthic samples. The experimental design consists of two main factors: Time (16 levels; annual sampling from 2010 to 2025) and Location (2 levels; PC and PL).
