印刷色差检测数据集

该数据集主要用于壁纸印刷环节的质量监控，适用于各类大批量印刷场景，如卷材壁纸印刷、图案面层压制等工艺环节。通过对比产品的Lab值与标准值的偏差（dL、da*、db*）及总色差值dE*ab，生产线可实现色彩自动检测与偏差预警，降低人工判色误差，提高正品率，并为色彩补偿策略和墨色配比优化提供数据支撑。

This dataset is primarily intended for quality monitoring in wallpaper printing workflows, and is suitable for a wide range of high-volume printing applications including roll wallpaper printing, pattern surface pressing and other processing stages. By comparing the deviations (dL, da*, db*) between the product's Lab values and the standard values, along with the total color difference dE*ab, the production line can implement automatic color detection and issue deviation alerts, thereby reducing manual color evaluation errors, increasing the qualified product rate, and providing data support for color compensation strategies and ink ratio optimization.
