in this bioproject, 17 16S DNA sequences data sets of 17 samples from a MiSeq Sequencing machine are loaded. Those samples were isolated from the saliva of anonymous persons which were part of a survey to study the dynamics of their buccal microbiome. Their bacterial diversity were study during a 3 months experiment, and on short term experiment as low as 2 hours between two sampling time. These people also followed instructions to drink low pH liquid, eat very sweet and sticky food and try different chemical solutions usually used to keep fresh breath. the first part of the study was to sequence 17 samples which are presented in this bioproject.
