Deciphering the beliefs embedded in the design of megalithic monuments Dowth, Knowth, Newgrange Sites including an interpretation of Irish Mythology

This study follows on from the paper "Deciphering the beliefs embedded in the design of megalithic constructions", published on 06/Oct/2023, which confirmed the similarity in the orientation of the corridors inside some ceremonial megalithic monuments and identified the earth magnetic disturbances generated by the Carnac alignments. This new study includes research on the following topics: · The orientation of the corridors of the passage tombs {Newgrange, Knowth, Dowth}, · An interpretation of parts of Irish mythology concerning celestial events and related spiritual beliefs, · Some azimuths provided by the Drombeg Stone Circle and the disturbances caused to the earth's magnetic field, · Finding connections between the Maltese temples and the Boyne site. The study deciphers and demonstrates that Irish mythology provides information about celestial events and spiritual beliefs, Neolithic architecture would alter the local magnetic field of the earth, and the effect of which would have been used in ceremonies performed by shamans, Newgrange is a ceremonial site where the main events took place at the winter solstice, which was visually identified, The corridors of Dowth are aligned with the setting of the Moon, and the corridors of Knowth with the setting and rising of the Sun, allowing specific celestial events to be observed · Neolithic people established a process with Dowth and Knowth to predict lunar standstill periods, lunar eclipses, solar eclipses and the possibility of synchronising the lunar and solar calendars. Dowth, Knowth and Newgrange are part of a series of ceremonies that take place at Dowth, then at Knowth and finally at Newgrange, The Irish mythology conveys a Neolithic belief similar to the principles and phases of alchemy to enhance the human personality.
