Genome sequencing and assembly of SARS-CoV-2/Canine lupus familiaris/KAZ/CCoV_Almaty_KZ_2022/2022

This project involves the whole-genome sequencing and assembly of the SARS-CoV-2 strain SARS-CoV-2/Canis lupus familiaris/KAZ/CCoV_Almaty_KZ_2022/2022, isolated from a dog in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The study was conducted as part of research on the role of companion animals, specifically dogs and cats, in the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 in Kazakhstan between 2022 and 2024.
