Leuconostoc mesenteroides strain:KFOM0089 Genome sequencing

This study reports the genome sequencing and analysis of Leuconostoc mesenteroides KFOM0089 isolated from raw milk. The project aims to characterize genomic features of this strain related to exopolysaccharide (EPS) biosynthesis and evaluate its potential as probiotics and food supplement. The genomic data will provide valuable information on the genetic diversity of Leuconostoc species and contribute to understanding EPS-related functional traits.
