资源简介:
Aging and diabetes exert a disruptive wound healing process. We use single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from palatal oral wounds in young, aged and diabetic mice to investigate immune and stromal cells heterogeneity to understand their role in wound repair. Overall design: Type-I diabetes mellitus was induced in mice using streptozotocin. A 1-mm excisional punch biopsy wound was created in the palate of young (3-6-months), diabetic (4-6-months) and old (16-22-months) mice. Cells were isolated from 7-day oral gingival wounds, FACS-sorted and scRNA-sequenced in 10x Genomics platform. For each experimental condition, a pool of 6 mice was use, with no replicates. Young mice were use as control in some pair-wise analysis.
