Comparison of Cell Velocities with Literature Data.

The left column (“Our Work”) presents the mean velocities for reactive T and B cells calculated in our study. The values reported by Wagner et al. and Hartmann et al. represent subsets of the current dataset. All remaining columns refer to independent studies from the literature. It is important to note that these values pertain to different species (e.g., mouse, human), immunological subsets (e.g., follicular helper T cells vs. general T cells), diagnoses (e.g., reactive, neoplastic), tissue types (e.g., lymph node, adenoid), and anatomical regions (e.g., follicular vs. non-localized). As such, direct comparisons are limited. Nevertheless, we present these values as reference points, acknowledging that fully comparable independent studies are not available [10–12,24,29]. (XLSX)
