Mark and recapture study of Trematomus bernacchii at Cape Royds

A mark and recapture study of Trematomus bernacchii was proposed for the Cape Royds area to estimate population size and degree of mobility within the population. Fish were tagged with color coded plastic tubing on the operculum, measured, sampled for scales and released. 134 fish were tagged in the first season, and 18 in the second.
