Query: HMMs from TIGRFAMS and Pfam, representing protein families involved in the synthesis and transport of the bacterial cell envelope, including lipid biosynthesis, peptidoglycan biosynthesis, translocation, etc. Also includes HMMs representing protein families involved in translation, inlcuding ribosomal proteins, aminoacyle tRNA synthases, etc.Target: A select set of 85 genomes, representing a diversity of organisms with genomes smaller than 1 Mb (mostly obligate intracellular parasites and symbionts)
