A Concrete Paradox in Special Relativity: On the Non-Necessity of Causal Order Preservation (De Giuseppe Paradox)

We present a concrete paradox within the framework of Special Relativity, demonstrating that the preservation of causal order is not a logically necessary consequence of the theory. The paradox, here termed the De Giuseppe Paradox. The paradox highlights two central issues: apparent violation of causal order, and the ontological co-existence of the same matter. We formalize the paradox mathematically using time dilation and Lorentz transformations and compare it to classical scenarios such as the Tolman paradox, demonstrating its concrete, logically unavoidable nature.
