the RNA-seq transcriptome library was constructed with the TruSeqTM RNA sample preparation Kit from Illumina (San Diego, CA) using 2 μg of total RNA and then the RNA-Seq sequencing library was sequenced with the Illumina HiSeq×10 (2 × 150 bp read length) . The RNA-sequencing analysis was done for three independent experimental samples.
