Microbial community structure in groundwater of Suphan Buri Province, Thailand

This study aimed to examine the groundwater microbiome within and surrounding an intensive agricultural area and to identify environmental factors (i.e., As, TN, TP, TOC, pH) that influence the groundwater microbiome. Groundwater samples were collected from six deep wells (DW1 to DW6) and six shallow wells (W1 to W6). One surface water (SW) was also collected from an old tailing pond.
