The study was a prospective pragmatic pre-post observational study with four-weeks intervention (2 x 20 minutes daily), included were 20 women who have symptoms of PTSD after experience of war in Ukraine and forced migration. Inclusion criteria - PCL-5 >= 31 (The PTSD Checklist for DSM-5 ). The outcome measures were the self-reported PTSD - PCL-5, depression and anxiety (The Hopkins Symptom Checklist-25 - HSCL - 25), sleep problems (Insomnia Severity Index - ISI) and somatic symptoms (Patient Health Questionnaire Physical Symptoms - PHQ-15). Furthermore, resting heart rate variability, heart rate and partial-ressure of end-tidal CO2 and respiratory rate (capmnometric measurement), adverse events - Evidence-based taVNS Adverse Events Questionnaire .<br><br>T1 - measurement one month before intervention, T2 measurement before intervention, T3 - measurement after the intervention, T4 - measurement one month after the intervention, T5 measurement two months after the intervention.
