Vertebral neural canal diameter (antero-posterior and transverse) measurements for postmedieval (1350-1829 CE) Arnhem and Delft, Netherlands

This dataset records the transverse and antero-posterior diameter measurements in millimetres of vertebrae C1-L5 (dry bone), of a subsample of female and male adult individuals recovered from the Delft-Nieuwekerk and Arnhem-Eusebiuskerk burial populations in the Netherlands dated to the postmedieval period (1350-1829 CE). Transition analysis point age estimations with accompanying lower and upper limits are also recorded per individual, alongside categorical age groups. Additionally, the general time period the burial has been dated to is noted. Further descriptions of variables are noted within the file.
