Demographic history and signatures of selection in the northern bottlenose whale, Hyperoodon ampullatus, through genomic resequencing data

This dataset contains resequencing data used in our northern bottlenose whale genomics research. In this project, we analyzed demographic history and regions under selection. Data uploaded here contains filtered SNPs from scaffolds with a minimum of 100kb (max-missing 0.4), and filtered & imputed SNPs from scaffolds with a minimum of 10kb (max-missing 0.1).
