We performed a time-course experiment to determine the temporal transcriptional changes that occur in human melanoma cells when cultured with the BRAF inhibitor vemurafenib from 3 days to 73-90 days. Overall design: mRNA profiles of M229 and M397 melanoma cell lines after treatment with DMSO control or vemurafenib for the indicated timepoints
