Relative abundance of radiolarian from GC1407 collected from the continental rise offshore of Wilkes Land

We analyzed realtive abundance of radiolarian in Holocene and Last Interglacial from marine sediment core GC1407 collected from the continental rise offshore of Wilkes Land (63.75 degree S, 130.52 degree E, 3687 m water depth) during a survey of the Antarctic Geological and Geophysical Research Project (FY1993) by the Japan National Oil Corporation. We calculated the radiolarian CDW index using radiolarian assemblages associated with CDW and AASW. (CDW: Circumpolar Deep Water, AASW: Antarctic Surface Water)
